What should I do if I run out of my quotas mid-month?

What happens after I cancel my subscription?

After cancellation, enjoy your current plan's features until the billing cycle ends. You won't have access to Reela AI features afterward, but you can still download videos created under your paid plan.

What happens to my purchased extra credits if I unsubscribe?

If you unsubscribe, you can still use your remaining extra credits with our Lite plan to create videos. However, you won't be able to purchase additional credits unless you reactivate your subscription.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

Will unused credits carry over/roll over after my billing day?

Reela AI runs on two credit types: monthly subscription credits and extra purchased credits. Subscription credits reset monthly, while purchased credits never expire.
